Ingredients (Serves 1)
¼ cup of spinach
2 slices of red onion
2 slices of tomato
1 slice of Arla® Creamy Havarti Cheese
2 tbsp of Arla® Organic Cream Cheese
- Heat a panini press to medium-high heat. Coat with cooking spray. Place one slice of bread on the panini press and top with one slice of Creamy Havarti, fresh spinach, onion and tomato. Spread one slice of bread with Organic Cream Cheese, then place on the top (Cream Cheese side down) and close the lid of the panini press. Allow to cook until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes.
- Slice in half and serve.
