Bagels with Arla® Cream Cheese and smoked salmon

Ingredients (6 servings):
150 g (1 pack) of Arla® Organic Cream Cheese
6 small wheat bagels
190 g smoked salmon, sliced
1/2 peeled cucumber, sliced
3/4 cup finely cut chives
6 lettuce leaves


Preparation (30 minutes):
Warm the bagels. Let them cool and split them. Spread the bottoms with Arla® Organic Cream Cheese and place the salmon on top. Garnish with cucumber, chives and salad leaves. Add the top of the bagel at the end and serve immediately.
