Scallion Caper Cream Cheese

Makes: 2 cups

Prep: 10 minutes



For flavoured cream cheese:

2 200g packages of Arla Organic Cream Cheese

2 scallions, thinly sliced
2 tbsp capers, finely chopped
1 tbsp milk (optional)

For bagels:

6 bagels, halved
½ cucumber, thinly sliced
260g / 9oz smoked salmon
¼ red onion, thinly sliced


In a medium bowl, stir cream cheese with scallions, capers and milk, if needed.


Spread a large spoonful on both sides of bagel, top with cucumber slices, smoked salmon and red onion.
