Ingredients (Makes 2 Servings)
4 slices of bread, toasted
2/3 cup | 150 mL almond butter
2/3 cup | 160 g Arla® Lactose Free Cream Cheese
1/4 cup | 60 mL apricot preserves
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Spread slices of toasted bread equally with almond butter, Arla® Lactose Free Cream Cheese, and apricot preserves. Sprinkle with seeds and serve.
Make it a Nut Butter Cream Cheese Swirl! In a small bowl, swirl together 1 tbsp Arla® Lactose Free Cream Cheese and 2 tbsp of your favourite nut butter. Spread onto slices of toasted bread, top with sliced bananas and a few chocolate chips.
