Havarti Crisps

Don’t worry if some of your crisps crumble - they make a wonderful addition as a salad topper.


2 cups | 500 mL
Arla® Havarti Cheese, shredded 

1/2 cup | 125 mL
all purpose flour 

1/4 tsp | 1 mL

1/4 tsp | 1 mL
black pepper 

1 tsp | 5 mL
fennel seeds 

1/4 tsp | 1 mL
chili flakes (optional)



Preheat oven to 425ºF (215ºC)
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together with your hands until flour is well distributed. Place teaspoonfuls of mixture 2” apart on a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake for 7 minutes, or until golden. Remove from oven and serve.
