This Mediterranean-style sandwich is the perfect high protein breakfast or lunch. Layered with Arla Skyr Cream Cheese, hummus, vegetables, and fresh herbs! It’s a satisfying way to start your day and get a few vegetables in, too!
DIRECTIONS
Toast bagel then spread Arla Skyr Cream Cheese (as much as desired) and hummus onto bagel. Chop up your veggies of choice. Layer onto bagel then add your choice of fresh herbs (mint and basil work well with this recipe).
